Shipping Officer / Reverse Logistics (Basic $3000 | 5 days)

Brief Summary

• Basic $2000- $3000 + AWS + Bonus
• 5 Days | Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
• Working Location @ East

Responsibilities

• Handle RMA shipments from client
• Handle  RTV return to vendors and liaise with them on return shipment to fulfil customer KPI
• Liaise with logistics company on shipment arrangement
• Update Shipping & Receiving report, Stock take report
• Update inventory in SAP system
• Compiling of  Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports that required by Management, Headquarter and customer
• Maintain good relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction
   

Requirements:

• Diploma/ degree holder in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of RMA/RTV process is required
• Reverse Logistics experience is required
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking
