Job Description
- Prepare AirWaybills, documents, declare permits, key submission to Airlines/Terminal.
- Waiting for Customer Services passes down jobs to follow Shipping instruction & create draft AWBs for customers /Overseas Agents to check.
- Liaise with Customers & overseas Agents, check e-mail.
- Pre-draft Customs permits.
- Warehouse check cargo, after checking paste Airlines label on the cargo.
- Submission Shpt detail thru website system(CCN) to Singapore Customs.
- Billing, send email, etc.. related with operation- AIR Import / Export.
Job Requirements:
- 'N' level with 1-2 years relevant experience.
- $1800-$2500 (Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification).
- 5.25 day work week (Alt Sat, Half Day).
