Shipping Executive - $3,000 (Immediate; FMCG)

• Prepare full set of documents that include Invoice, packing list
• Book cargo space and place insurance for shipments in accordance to established guidelines.
• Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery to customer.
• Process payment to supplier via bank transactions.
• Liaise with bank to receive import documents.
• Maintain timely and accurate system transactions.
• Update dispatch and receipt of goods and keeps records of shipment made.
• Arrange daily delivery schedule and courier services.
• Attend to queries relating to shipping documents
