Shipping Coordinator (Basic Up $2200 / 5 days / Logistics)

• Basic $2000-$2200

• Full Benefits + AWS/Bonus

• Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)

• Location : Tai Seng (3min Walk from Mrt)

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle and process customer orders and enquiry (Import / Export / Crosstrade)

• Liaise with clients and forwarders on arrangements and discrepancy.

• Prepare full set of necessary shipping documents.

• Maintain and update database records.

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Operations.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment  & works well under pressures/deadlines.

• Singaporeans only
