1. Handle Import/Export shipments
2. Preparing Import L/C application
3. Export L/C Negotiation
4. Arrange documents endorsement: Chamber of Commerce/Embassy, Form D, etc.
5. Source/compare freight rates with forwarders
6. Process customer orders, issue DO/Invoice
7. Issue PO to Suppliers
8. All other comprehensive ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

1. O-Level /A-Level / Diploma/CPIM or equivalent
2. 2-3 years relevant working experience
3. Independent, highly organized with pro-active attitude. Able to multi-task
4. Detailed and a faster learner
5. Able to thrive in a team base environment
6. Proficient in MS Office
7. Experience in SAGE will be an added advantage
