Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Part of the Customer Experience Team, which manages Customer Service (CS) transformation projects and ensures proper project governance
  • Primarily support the performance management and KPIs monitoring whilst be given exposure of varying scale of project management.
  • Work with various CS functions through projects relating to cost efficiency and business outcomes. 
  • Involve in CS transformation projects and initiatives, gain experience in gathering business requirements/user stories/problem statements.
  • Learn project management methodologies and governance.
  • Learn data mining techniques and sharpen the skill of practical statistical analysis.
  • Enhance stakeholder management skills by collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams within Customer Service Division.


Job Requirements

  • Min. Diploma
  • Training will be provided
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Able to start work within short notice
