Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator / Implementation specialist (with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow tool Integration, implementation, Administration, Configuration, development and troubleshooting/support Knowledge on ITSM, CMDB)
  • Scripting experience on JavaScript
  • Security Incident and Vulnerability Response application implementation experience
  • Expertise in Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, AD, SSO, LDAP, Import Sets, DB and Flat file integration
  • Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications
  • Understand business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements and adhere implementation to meet the business requirements
  • Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and stakeholder meetings, service management process description and task analysis
  • Effectively communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver functional requirements like user interface, screen and interface designs.
  • Assist in quality management reviews; ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs
  • Assists in all deployment-related tasks for smooth Production roll out and post production support
  • Assist the Global ServiceNow manager in estimating work effort for activities and project tasks.
  • Assist the Global ServiceNow manager to develop detailed work breakdown structures
  • Understanding of relational databases including advanced knowledge of SQL scripting
  • Has prior experience working on software development projects

Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate minimum shall have but is not limited to the following request:

    • 10+ years of ITIL / ITSM experience
    • 5+ years of ServiceNow toolset experience
    • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator & Implementation Specialist
    • ITIL v3 certified
    • Java, Java scripting skills
  • Preferred:

    • Hands-on Enterprise tools (ITSM, Monitoring tools, Event management tools)
    • Expert in integration and Administration the enterprise tools
    • Good in Web service/connectors/adaptor/API
  • Client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Committed team player with positive winning attitude
  • Ability to work within a team and work independently
  • Varied knowledge and skills required in the following areas:
  • Ability to work with others in various departments
  • Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
