Job Description

Soft Skills

·         Team player

·         Ability to manage challenging situations and focus on the desired outcome 

·         Work closely with the key user community across APAC and act as a first level support point for the end users

·         To coordinate and communicate with the users to understand the issue/enhancement reported

·         Strong analytical & problem solving skills, able to work independently & learn fast

·         Competent English language skills

·         Ability to interact with people from diverse cultures

Technical Skills

·         Have experience supporting ServiceMax

·         Have implementation and support experience in SAP, specifically in the areas of Sales & Distribution (SD) & Materials Management (MM)

·         Have some knowledge of SAP Customer Service (CS)

·         Have supported SAP system with highly customized configuration and with interfaces to other systems (e.g. between ServiceMax & SAP)

·         Understand integration across SAP modules

·         Have done System Integration Testing / supported User Acceptance Testing & system debugging

·         Knowledge of Healthcare business processes is an added advantage


  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science & Information Technology Or Equivalence
  • SAP Certified Applications Associate In Financial Accounting
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experiences
  • For Singaporean or Permanent Resident
