Service Technician / Trainee / Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer support/servicing activities for dormakaba products
• To perform on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance, repairs of company products using established dormakaba guidelines and procedures
• Answer customer questions relating to technical and service problems with tact and courtesy

Requirements:

• 5 day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Able to Standby and Overtime
• Must have Class 3 driving license
• Candidates without working experience are welcome (join as Junior Technician where on job training will be provided.)
• Computer knowledge
• Read and write English
• Team player with good discipline and work attitude
• AWS and Variable Bonus
