Service Quality Executive/ Project Management /Changi/ Office hrs/ Perm/ up to $3600
- Assist Service Quality & Projects Manager in coordination and tracking of all ops matters and projects, including those assigned to other Ops Managers.
- Support Service Quality & Projects Manager in managing operations cost and to drive cost efficient operational processes.
- Assist Service Quality & Projects Manager to ensure all standards and KPIs of the trolley management service and other airport services are maintained at a desired level in accordance to company standards
- Generate relevant performance and KPI reports, including timely submission to CAG Support Service Quality & Projects Manager for training and development of Operations staff from interviewing to on-boarding training
- Building rapport and establish a good working relationship with client
- Compile and analyze performance related data and to propose implementable improvements
- Compile the required monthly reports for submission to CAG.
- Custodian for service related reports, namely, compliments and complaints, and service awards
- Monitor and track the health status and performance of operators for Light Transport Machines.
- Degree in Science/Engineering is preferred
- Strong IT knowledge is an added advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and process good problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
- Adaptable to change and a good team player. Good PC skills, especially in MS Office suite
