Service Desk Engineer
We are on the lookout for a Service Desk Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers with resolving troubleshooting IT issues, this role is for you!
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Logging and tracking customer queries, issues and requests
- Ensuring that daily tasks are executed according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Liasing with other teams to resolve queries, issues and requests within the Service Level of Agreement (SLA)
- Willing to work shift hours
- Other duties required
Skills and requirements include:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Nitec in any related field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with pleasant disposition
