Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Service Desk Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers with resolving troubleshooting IT issues, this role is for you!


Your responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Logging and tracking customer queries, issues and requests
  • Ensuring that daily tasks are executed according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Liasing with other teams to resolve queries, issues and requests within the Service Level of Agreement (SLA)
  • Willing to work shift hours 
  • Other duties required

Skills and requirements include:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Nitec in any related field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with pleasant disposition
