Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • User support and customer service: being present and available to clients requiring technical assistance
  • Respond to questions from all emails and callers.
  • Administer help desk software
  • Follow standard Service Desk operating procedures; accurately log all Service
  • Be familiar with helpdesk policies and services.
  • 6 months renewable contract
  • Location: Bukit Merah Central
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm

Requirements:

    • IT certified or minimally Nitec in IT relevant
    • Minimally internship IT experience
    • Fresh grads are welcome
    • Able to speak mandrain
