Job Description

Service Desk Analyst

  • Perform Helpdesk duties
  • Log Incident Requests, Service Requests and Change Requests
  • Perform first level troubleshooting
  • Perform SoD conflict checks
  • Min 1 year helpdesk experience
  • Shift Timings:
  • (4pm to 1am) : $10.00 per day
  • (12mn to 9am) : $10.00 per day
  • Every month will be different shift, 1 month morning shift, 1 month night shift
