Service Delivery Manager
We are hiring for the position of Service Delivery Manager role with one of the leading client based out in Singapore.
Salary : Open for discussion
- At least 13 years of experience including min 5 years in managing large Application Support programs
- Strong understanding of Retail Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, Point of Sale and CRM along with Infrastructure experience
- Certification in ITIL V3 Framework is a must
- Experience in Managed Services Engagement and driving the engagement end to end from onsite
- Good experience in stakeholder management up to VPs and CIO
- Excellent presentation skills - Leading monthly and quarterly KPI reviews with customer
- Experience in managing a team of 100+ associates.
- Drive the engagement end to end from onsite
- Single point of contact for Application Support related queries and escalations
- Ensure Support Process is streamlined across all application and infra support towers
- Drive for results - Ensure SLA / KPI compliance and metrics reporting
- Identify areas of improvement within project on long term basis and implement solutions to improve
- Pioneer continuous service improvement initiatives
- Interact with Business Users, IT Managers, technical staff, SMEs to obtain clarifications, requirements or any other issues that may be raised by Support team
- Provide leadership to onsite team and coordinate with offshore team
- Drive service introductions - new projects getting on boarded into Support and follow necessary gate keeping processes.
