Service Delivery Manager (East)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the service delivery for assigned accounts
• Accountable for the success of projects implementation for assigned contracts
• Monitor and ensure SLAs are met, issues escalated and prioritized
• Manage vendors, contracts and internal customer relationships to ensure the service levels required by a high performing business are in place
• Assists with the scoping and implementation of application and infrastructure solutions 
• Ensure Infrastructure and Applications controls are in compliance with policies and SOX requirements
• Own and manage issues and solutions to completion
• Drive the continuous improvement of systems/services

Requirements:

• Deg with 8-10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and applications
• Good leadership and project management skills with strategic and systems thinking
• Pro-active with a high energy level and a positive attitude
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good customer service and communication/interpersonal skills
