Service Crew ( Signature KOI)
Job Description and Main Responsibility:
·Handle daily operations activities (hands-on) which includes but not limited to: Cashiering duties, Kitchen duties, preparing of desserts and promoting of Koi merchandise
·Involve in closing of shop (for night shift staff)
·Attend to walk-in customers promptly
·Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas
·Assist in stock taking and recording
·Success candidate will need to go through training at our KOI THE outlets for the first months
·Handle other ad-hoc duties as tasked.
·Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
·Cooperative and helpful with other team members
·Excellent and positive service attitude
·Able to work on weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6-day /week
·Independent and able to multi-task
·Able to commence work in short notice will be an added advantage
·Only Singaporean/PR may apply
·No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided

·Proficient in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking team members
