- Provide service to all customers according to good service standard and procedures
- Responsible for the preparation work of Hall opening and closing operation hours
- Promote Japanese dining culture and introduce the specific dining manner of certain cuisine
- Answering customer’s queries regarding menus, ingredients or any other product related queries
- Assist QC in tidying up and QC table setting
- Includes bar and pantry duties
- Assist in training of new staffs
- Maintain quality, service & cleanliness at all times according to company standards
- Any other job related duties requested by senior staff
Working Schedule:
- 5 working days per week
