Service Consultant (Motorbike Workshop)

Location: Leng Kee

Working Hours: 5.5 days Office Hours (Alternate Sat)

Industry: Automotive  

Salary Range: $2200 – 2500   

 

 

Responsibilities

• Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customer needs
• Liaise with insurance company for motor claims 
• Provide estimation for insurance claims
• Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
• Providing customer service for after sales

 

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology
• Good knowledge of bike components
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
