Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate the admission system at Gantry managed by Service Ambassador & Transport and administer the Island Admission policy
  • Collection of admission fee which includes cash
  • Provide excellent services to all internal and external guests in all aspects of job description
  • Ensure area of responsibility is well managed and the overall operations is well coordinated and smooth
  • Ensure that Sentosa’s operating priorities of Safety, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency are followed at all guest contact points


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels
  • Working experience in the service industry or cashiering role is preferred
  • Able to work rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays and overnight duties
  • Computer Literate with Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Good communication skills and comfortable in frontline position
  • Ability to perform independently, under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Able to speak English fluently and a third language will be an advantage
