Service Administrator / Logistic Coordinator (Medical MNC / Entry Level)

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from customers and preparation of documents
• Prepare quotations and service contract
• Spare part purchase, service tools purchase & calibration
• Maintain data quality in CRM 
• Liaise with regional counterparts for loan of service tools 
• Ensure strict compliance and regular ISO audits are passed

Requirement 

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
• System knowledge of SAP preferred 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
