The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.Job Responsibilities
Responsible for driving overall acquisition and customer engagement strategy for Cards and Payment Products (CPP)
o Work closely with product team to drive overall customer and CIF growth through different channels with the lowest possible CPA
o to develop and execute the Online and Acquisition Partnership to drive acquisition via the digital channel
o Lead the acquisition marketing strategy for online and direct sales.
o Lead the overall Customer Engagement strategy to drive customer growth, spend, fee income, lower attrition and higher active rate
o Work with Internal for Credit Policy optimisation and new Initiatives
o Drive higher NPS for Online and Digital channels by improving turnaround time and customer experience at various touchpoints
o Work closely with cards and credit operations team to ensure the shortest turnaround time for customer applications
MIS and Leads Management
o Ensure robust MIS reporting for tracking and optimizing sales performance and productivity
o Optimise all leads from extraction to distribution to optimize conversion rates and sales volume.Job Requirements
- Recognised Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration/Banking & Finance
- At least 10 years of relevant experience especially in the Cards and Payments space
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills.
