SENIOR SOUS CHEF / SOUS CHEF ( LOCAL & WESTERN CUISINE )
You will oversee the entire local & western kitchen operation of a 5-star hotel. You will work closely with the Director of Kitchen in establishing new concepts, menus and promotions to maximize profitability and be responsible for quality control and authenticity of the food prepared and served, within the established policies and procedures, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Professional culinary qualification with at least 4 years’ experience in the same capacity.
- Display extensive experience in local and western cuisines creation, costing and implementation.
- Able to train, develop and lead a team with varied skills level.
- Team player with strong leadership, organizing, interpersonal and communications skills.
