Senior Sales Manager
- Drive resident engagement and build awareness around the Centralized Cooling System (CCS) and other eco-solutions
- Set KPIs, manage and maintain high sign-up rates
- Develop training programs, manage pipeline and sales development processes, ensure exceptional customer service standards and provide visibility to the team’s overall performance via specific reporting tools.
- Plan and optimize resident engagements based on volume projections, and coordinate efforts effectively to manage high-demand conditions
- Other relevant project assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business development, or business-related field with 5-8 years of relevant experience in a marketing, sales, business development, or business-related field
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills; ability to simplify and communicate complex technical ideas to industry customers and consumers
