Job Description

Job Summary

This position will be based in Dubai, reporting to the Company headquarters in Singapore. You will be responsible for meeting the sales targets of the Company through effective planning and budgeting. 


Job Descriptions

  • Manage current key corporate account / develop new business with corporate clients
  • Target market by developing, implementing and executing sales action plans and strategies
  • Market research on the local market and trends in Dubai, UAE, for all businesses related to the nature of the products conceived and commercialized by the Company (ie. Teas and related goods being the products), and Hotels, Restaurants and Corporates being the targeted customers for wholesale “Targeted Clientele"
  • Project accurate representation of Company to clients
  • Introduction and presentation of the Company to the targeted clientele, using communication materials authorized by the Company, as well as samples provided by the Company at the Company’s costs.
  • Creation and presentation of Sales Proposals, with prior approval from the Company to the targeted clientele
  • Liaise with targeted clientele regarding any product enquiry and future orders
  • Process purchase and sales orders
  • Follow up with clientele concerning products usage and training
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients
  • Periodic reporting to the Company Headquarters

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business or related field
  • Experience of the F&B industry, ideally experience of the luxury goods industry
  • International Sales and Business Development Experience is a must
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Ability to build strong business rapport at all levels
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
