Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling on new potential clients assigned
  • Managed general sales inquiries via email and telephone calls
  • Communicating with target audience (clients) and to manage with client’s relationship (both existing and potential ones)
  • Maintaining and updating of customer’s database
  • Ensuring the pre-sales and post-sales service’s expectations are up to standard
  • Providing with administrative support to the sales and business development department on weekly marketing meeting and reporting
  • Assisting sales and business development department with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
  • Handling of complaints and discrepancies from existing clients
  • Coordinating with the clients and operations on facility on- site visits
  • Attending weekly operations meeting
  • Supporting adhoc duties/ projects from time to time


Job Requirements:

  • Preferably with 3 years working experience and beyond in sales / marketing / customer service field
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate fluently in English
  • Excellent phone and sales etiquette
  • Meticulous and well organised to work in a fast paced environment
  • Possess friendly personality and is comfortable interacting with clients
  • Ability to multi-task and take on challenging situations and pressure
