Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.
In this role, you will be bringing like-minded A players into the organization. You will be working with the Head of People and colleagues across different countries and will be responsible for :
- Working on employer branding initiatives and to attract applicants by working with the marketing team.
- Partnering with hiring managers on identifying the needs, ideal profiles and hiring strategy in order to execute the plan and deliver results timely.
- Designing Job Descriptions (JD)
- Posting jobs on various channels and job boards and manage all candidates communications.
- Managing interview and assessment process and coordinate with candidates and hiring process.
- Keeping the candidate database clean and updated.
- Managing recruiting operations and reporting for the recruiting team.
- Being a real recruiting partner and advising the business teams.
- You have at least 4 years of working experience in a related field and minimum 2 years of experience working as an in-house recruiter specializing in Tech/Fintech. Agency recruiting experience would be an advantage
- You have demonstrated ability to understand business needs and identify candidates skill sets and potential and have track records of recruiting results.
- You have the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders/hiring managers.
- You are extremely organized, data driven and detail oriented.
- You possess strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
- You are creative, resourceful and are able to work independently in fast-paced environment
- You are a strong team player who can manage and commit to their team
- You are empathetic and have passion for people/candidates and their careers
