Job Respobsibilities:

• Reports to Finance Manager
• Performing Payroll duties, handling contractor's hourly, daily and monthly payroll calculations 
• Ensuring all contractors' information are input or updated accurately and timely into the system 
• Timely Collection of contractors' timesheets and inputting details into the payroll system accurately
• Preparing of manpower, billing report
• Preparing and sending invoices accurately and timely 
• Managing of contractors' leave & benefits administration etc
• Handling contractors' enquiries 
• Working closely with the recruitment and finance team
• Any other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of Payroll experience particulary in handling contractors' payroll (monthly and hourly)
• Eye for detail and Meticulous
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
• Proficient in MS Excel- Pivot Tables, VLookUp and Google Sheet
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
