About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and process day-to-day Trade Operations transactions of one or several Trade Products in accordance to the agreed service standards

Transaction Approval.

Perform AML checks.

Attend and provide technical advice/support to Business Units and Customers.

Perform day end reconciliation of transactions

Timely escalation of error, problem, exception or unusual transaction to Team Lead, Section Manager or Department Manager

Review and ensure operational problems, complaints and queries are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

Assist Team Lead with human planning, development and staff management.

Ensure adherence to Department SOP, Bank's policies and guidelines

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education

Minimum 2 years experience in Trade preferred with knowledge of UCP600, ISBP 745 and ISP 98

Strong communications, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills

Meticulous, organized, team player and has good interpersonal skills

Diligent, dependable and able to take on responsibilities and challenges

Able to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure and work beyond working hours when volume is high

Good attitude and integrity
