Responsibilities: 
  • Manage billing disputes (chargeback) related to Credit and Debit cards
  • Interaction with customers (cardholders and merchants), organisations and international networks to resolve billing matters
  • Review process and procedures, and identify areas for improvement and risk control
Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • Fresh grads / 2-3years relevant experience in processing and managing chargeback
  • Good knowledge of chargeback and card operating rules of the various card brands
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good Accounting knowledge
  • Strong analytical, meticulous, self-motivated and good team player
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and make timely decision
  • Effective communcation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to produce accurate results and meeting deadlines
