Job Description

  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to staff compensation
  • Payroll budgeting, performance bonus and annual increment simulations and payouts
  • Subject matter expert in compensation policies, and will be the advisory point for Human Resource Business Partners in these matters
  • Take the lead role in the annual performance review calibration exercise, audit reviews and payroll.

 

Requirements

  • Min Degree from an established university with at least 12 years of Human Resource experience, with at least 6 years in Compensation.
  • Experience in healthcare will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to engage staff at all levels.
