Senior Manager,Healthcare Groups Shared Service
The incumbent shall be responsible
- Lead a team to provide seamless and accurate delivery of HR services including on-boarding, staff management and off-boarding administration to your stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and Centres of Excellence to ensure service level agreements for the HR services are met.
- Driving operational excellence, you are also expected to review HR practices and processes to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organisational goals and objectives while meeting market trends and competiveness.
- Degree in HR or Business Administration and equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Healthcare knowledge is an added advantage
