Senior / Manager (Compensation) - Healthcare ($7K to $8K)
You will be responsible for all matters pertaining to staff compensation. This includes payroll budgeting, performance bonus and annual increment simulations and payouts. You will be the subject matter expert in compensation policies, and will be the advisory point for Human Resource Business Partners in these matters. You will also take the lead role in the annual performance review calibration exercise, audit reviews and payroll.
- Min Degree from an established university with at least 12 years of Human Resource experience, with at least 6 years in Compensation.
- Experience in healthcare will be an advantage.
