Senior / Leasing Executive(s)

Responsibilities:

• Support the immediate superior for tenant / trade mix review and planning for projects / malls under the company / its related companies.
• Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the respective projects.
• Prepare lease documentation and related paperwork which also includes liaising with lawyers and potential tenants on lease terms and conditions. 
• Assist on marketing communication activities and other ad hoc assignments when required.

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing / Real Estate from a recognized university is preferred.
