Job Description

Our client work on large scale architectural and interior design commissions, as well as undertaking stand-alone interiors projects. Activities in Interior Design include every aspect of the design process from concepts through to Construction Stage Services and full Contract administration.

Position Overview:

The Senior Interior Designer is responsible for the design outcomes in collaboration with the Project Principal and meeting the project brief. You will manage your team to deliver outcomes and are accountable for the execution of all aspects and delivery of the project program, budget, design quality, staff engagement and client engagement. Senior Interior Designers have a strong portfolio of multiple projects on which you have the lead role. With strong technical, communication, collaboration and delegations’ skills, focus for this role is problem solving, resolving the design.

Opportunity is open to other nationalities however, Mandarin is necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications

 Interior Design Bachelor; or

 Industrial Design Bachelor; or

 Associate Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration; or

 Architectural Graduate

Experience

 8 - 12 years’ experience with a large complex project experience in interior design or other equivalent experience.

 Proven team & project management.

 Large scale commercial & residential projects experience.

 Experience in developing client networks & relationships.

 Need to have International experience

Skills/Knowledge

 Proven design and delivery skills.

 Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

 Project Management skills.

 Excellent presentation and communication skills.

 Skilled in Revit/BIM and Sketch-up.

 Has an in-depth understanding of Adobe design suite

 Advanced Microsoft level.
