Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Lead both the Compensation and Manpower Planning functions
  • Strengthen manpower planning and analytics for the organization
  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to staff compensation. This includes payroll budgeting, performance bonus and annual increment simulations and payouts.
  • Subject matter expert in compensation policies
  • Take the lead role in the annual performance review calibration exercise, audit reviews and payroll.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned

 

Job Requirement:

  • Min Degree in Human Resurce Management or any other equivalent certifications
  • Prior experience from healthcare industry is an added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
  • Min 5 years of experience in compensation and manpower planning
