Job Description

Training & Development

  • Assist in the formulation of T&D Strategies
  • Responsible for end to end training matters
    • Conduct tranining needs analysis
    • Formulate and fulfilling Total Learning Plans
    • Oversee registrations, fundings and post course evaluations
  • Ensure training administration, logistics, schedule, venue are adequately prepared
  • Track and report key training metrics and feedback

Internships/Scholarships

  • Liaise with Insitutes of Higher Learning to coordinate Internships/Scholarships with various departments

Staff Engagement

  • Ensure onboarding of new staff is effective and efficient through induction and engagement programmes
  • Plan and execute of staff engagement programmes, Company events and other ad-hoc matters
  • Initiate and organise commnication sessions, engagement surveys, teambuilding events and other relevant events

Project

  • Undertake organisation wide initiatives/projects such s Job Grade review, Business Excellence projects and policies review

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree with 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and meticulous
  • Able to work and communicate with staff from all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
