Senior HR Recruiter (Up to $4,000/mth) [Education Sector] #JWL

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and manage recruitment process, contract renewal and appraisal & promotion.
• Prepare contract for shortlisted candidates.
• Facilitate the exit management process.
• Build positive working relationships with peers to form strong teams.
• Escalate and follow up to ensure closure on issues arising from recruitment, contract management, appraisal & promotion activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Note:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Location: Jurong
• Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Able to start work immediately/ on short notice.
