Job Description

  • Generalist function that covers HR Administration, Recruitment, Training and Employee Engagements
  • Maintain and update all employee P-File, ensuring Onboarding and Offboarding initiations are efficiently carried out
  • Work-pass related matters inclusive of Application, Follow-up, Appeals, and to support on areas of regulatory/MOM reporting
  • Develop and deliver consistent and standardized sourcing & recruitment processes
  • Shortlist, arrange, schedule and conduct Interviews independently, and together with Management
  • Provide support in onboarding and coordination of orientation for new employees
  • Prepares month-end report on Staff Cost, Head Count & Turnover
  • Participate in payroll processing, check payroll reports against payroll advice and ensuring proper compliance on all pay-matters
  • Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Training Grants
  • Source, liaise and manage the application of available training grants from respective Governmental agencies
  • Coordination of training programs and activities; be responsible for arranging external training programs
  • Assess the costs of planned programmes and manage training budgets
  • Design and initiate employee engagement activities and retention strategies
  • Provide support to Directors/Managers in the areas of performance management through the administering of performance appraisal, reviews & stated development plans
  • Gather and identify employees' concerns, including the handling of disciplinary inquiries and escalation of grievances to respective management body
