Job Description

Job Responsibilites:

  • Provide counsel on staffing matters
  • Manage staff career progression, promotions etc
  • Perform full recruitment cycle from sourcing, arranging interviews, selection etc
  • Process work permit applications, security bond etc
  • Responsible for all new hires data entry to the payroll system
  • Coordinates with payroll to ensure data accuracy 
  • Manages the on-boarding process for new hires
  • Ensure proper and update documentation of employees' P-files
  • Provide daily support on HR administrative functions and ad-hoc HR related tasks/project  as and when required


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in using Timesoft will be an added advantage
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
  • Meticulous, committed and able to multi task
