Job Description

To support HODs in Staff Evaluation, KPI / Goal Setting and Staff Career Development
To monitor probation, confirmation, promotion and increment through appraisal exercises
Conduct exit interviews for resignation and execute termination cases
Support in getting interns as trainee supports
Application for EP and S passes online
Liaison with government bodies/stat boards
Staff counseling, grievance and discipline handlings
Administer training/seminars and claims
Perform CPF returns (submit to CPF Board) with Account Department
Leave admin and claims (Child Care, Maternity, Paternity, NS etc)
Participate in WSH Committee as member
Administer staff welfares (Health Screening, ADD awards, Festive Celebrations etc)
Upkeep confidential personnel files subject to audits
Supervise security guard, cleaner and HR/Admin Assistant
Participate in ISO and FDA audit committees
Look into insurances and claims (Commercial Fire, Workmen Comp, H&S, Group PA, Public Liability, Commercial Veh Insurance, Travel Insurance with Accounting Manager)

 

 

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in HR/Business Management. Diplomatic in handling Human Capital matters and meticulous and accuracy in paper work.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in local Human Capital management.
