Job Description

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, HR Management

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in HR/Admin

  • PC Literate

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with people of all levels

  • Good Employment Act knowledge

  • Knowledge in Timesoft preferred

  • Pleasant personality and approachable

  • Able to commence work within short notice

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, payroll and HR information systems.

  • Conducting New Staff Orientation and develop training programme for employees

  • Perform monthly payroll activities including submission of any related grants/claims to government statutory board

  • Prepare monthly HR reports

  • Review Employee HandBook and updates when necessary

  • Participate in various meetings / events

  • Manage insurance renewal

  • Participate in Employee Opinion Survey

  • Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
