Job Description

  • 1 Year Contract
  • Buona Vista
  • Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6pm)
  • Up to $2,800


Job Responsibilities:

Leave Administration

  • Manage Leave group mailbox. 
  • Support leave management in accordance to SGX Leave policy and procedures.
  • Liaise with staff, manager and HR to obtain information needed to calculate the actual leave entitlement/utilization of leave days.
  • Records keeping of leave data of employees on myHRportal, and where relevant, to obtain/validate the completeness and timeliness of having the required supporting documents for GPL submissions.
  • Manage internal HR communication relating to leave administration through various channels.
  • Initiate and provide operational support for annual internal HR processes where applicable.
  • Prepare leave accrual reports for Finance and other leave reports for management reporting, as required.
  • Support system enhancement, review leave application process, preparation of user requirements, user acceptance tests relating to use of SAP SF Leave System.

Training Administration

  • Manage L&D group mailbox. 
  • Set up Catalogue & Course on LMS
  • Support Learners Registration on external training sites, all types of training including mandatory e-Learning
  • Track Attendance and compile Feedback with completeness
  • Event Management (Logistics – Venue, F&B, Training materials)
  • Raise SSG training grant/absentee payroll, liaise with different vendors and staff (participants) to obtain the necessary details to fulfil the grants submission, file and track status to completion.
  • Preparation of training materials, coordination with trainers and Head of L&D relating to the event
  • Prepare Training Reports as required
  • Prepare Training Services Agreement / SOW, support training related procurement activities and invoice payments occasionally
  • Support system enhancement, review training application process, preparation of user requirements, user acceptance tests relating to use of SAP SF Learning System.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in HR or relevant discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of HR experience
  • Past experience in government ministries and statutory boards would be considered favourable
  • Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in using SAP is an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptable
  • High level of initiative and mindset of continuous improvement
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and organised
  • Exercise good sense of urgency and time management, deliver the work with accuracy and completeness independently. 
  • Independent, resourceful, team player, results-driven and customer-focused
