Senior Finance Manager

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation and would require suitably qualified candidates to send in your applications to us.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare LOB Monthly Report which includes KPI, analysis and commentaries
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for projects
• Provide timely and high quality submission for all entities
• Provide financial forecast on a regular basis
• Coordinate and to lead 5 year Planning for the Business
• Liaise with auditors including audit planning for all entities
• Review audited financial statements and drafting of non-standard disclosure notes
• Translate insights on operational performance into actionable plans to achieve management goals
• Support new growth initiatives
• Able to calculate and advise business teams on various investment/funding options
• Plan, manage, track and control financial forecasts, budgets and cash flow
• Be well versed in Financial Reporting Standards and able to apply FRS for the respective financial books under purview
• Review and responsible for financial reporting of local and overseas business units
• Credit control
• Vendor/Customer creation in SAP
• Liaise with Shared Services for all Tax, Treasury, P2P, OTC and RTR matters
• Co-ordinate with company secretary for local/overseas entities
• Ensure tax computation aligned with tax accounting
• Review and responsible for GST, ECI filling
• Treasury duties includes cash flow projection, payment authorization, updating of bank mandates etc
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

• CPA with Degree in Accounting / Finance with at least 8 years of relevant experience with strong accounting proficiency in SAP FI module and Hyperion/HFM
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Strong understanding on Lease Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Deferred Taxation and Intercompany transactions
• Possess strong financial modelling skills and business acumen
• Meticulous with a strong analytical mind
• Able to work in a complex and dynamic environment; able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines when required
• Excellent communications, management and interpersonal skills
