Senior Executive, Research Project Data Analysis (Medical Affair

Job Requirement:

Research Collaboration

• To support research work, driving towards data based evidence in support of the company evidence
• To coordinate in prokects with external and internal stakeholders to expedire research requests
• Conduct literature reviews and write reports on reseach studies
• Collate and analyse research data
• Monitor and followup status and progress of research projects

Clinical Epidemiology

• Work with HOD to review data needed for organisation planning and decision making
• Provide clinical outcome report for medical directors
• Support the clinical epidemiolology

Data Capturing

• Oversees the maintenance of current databaseand ensure data quality and integrity
• Collaboration with other dept on relevant data collection for current and future needs
• Source or search from existing internal or external data sources for comparison or benchmarking
• Improve data set collection and format to suit organisation and patients needs

 

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collate and ensure data collected is readily available for analysis
• Identify and analyse trends or patterns in various data
• Perform statistical analysis and correlations of data sets

Job Requirement:

• Min degree in statistics or health science with experience
• Demonstrated experience in research, field work and publication
• Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
