Job Summary

This role will work closely with the marketing team to manage both online and offline media, including keeping websites up-to-date and maintaining a positive impression and sustain visitors’ traffic. Including develop, plan, implement and monitor various internal/external communication and marketing activities to generate sales leads for the Institute.

 

  • Develop, plan, execute and monitor online and offline marketing communication activities in support of the different business units
  • Identify and coordinate with media owners, partners and vendors for advertising, editorial and brand building opportunities
  • Liaise and provide timely updates to partners, vendors and stakeholders on all marketing communication activities (JobsCentral, VitalOrg etc)
  • Identify, maintain and upkeep the databases for eDMs and leads generation
  • Manage and maximise the ROI of marketing budget through continuous monitoring & reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns/activities
  • Working closely with management to deliver communications and deliverables, setting the directions for the project, campaign, events and branding at large
  • Acting brand guardian towards external stakeholder to uphold branding integrity of MIS when communicated on external parties’ platform
  • Managed events collaterals, communications and key artwork conceptualisation and direction to facilitate association with customers and audiences for respective events
  • Monitor social media initiatives by capturing and analysing data/metrics, insights and best practices, and continuously seek avenues for improvement
  • Development of social media calendar, content creation and setting tonality of social media page to ensure professional image and front for MIS. To keep relevance with our followers and right target audiences.
  • Social monitoring listening to realign social media approach and strategies. Community management of enquiries on social media
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on visual concepts and design ideas to communicate promotional and marketing messages that inform, inspire or captivate target audiences
  • Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, logos, brochures, infographic construction, reports and corporate communications, including web banners and eDMs
  • Manage and liaise with agencies/designers/printers/suppliers on timely production of collateral designs and artworks for EDS, Events, Membership and Business School 
  • Responsible for corporate identity and branding of Chinese offices in mainland China
  • Oversee and drives the marketing efforts of Chinese offices in mainland China
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required

 

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing disciplines with appropriate certifications, Creative Multimedia or related qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences
  • Familiar with social media platforms, Google Analytics and online marketing/monitoring tools 
  • Creative and possess good writing skills to curate engaging web copy/content
  • Creative and passionate about digital media industry
  • Knowledge in basic photography and videography is an added advantage
  • Pleasant personality with good presentation and communication skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and design in collateral productions
  • Mature, analytical, self-motivated and resourceful to meet the demands of the role
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, planning and project management skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
