Senior Executive (Facilities Development / Healthcare) - Ref: HC

Job Scope:

• Support the company in all infrastructural planning for the campus development
• Providing advice on how to translate clinical services into infrastructural needs
• Liaise with both Consultants and Users in developing design options
• Communicate with User Lead and craft out project briefs for their Clinical Services
• Review Design Proposals submitted by Consultants to ensure all operational, design and technical aspects are addressed and within company budget
• Plan and organize User Workgroup sessions

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Project Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Candidate with project management experience preferred
• More experienced candidate may be considered for management level position
