Job Description

Responsibilities

 

1) Manage and Execute Corporate Communication Functions of ARC

  • Manage media relations and press release activities for ARC in conjunction with corporate events
  • Amplify brand narrative to generate awareness and position the organisation strongly with key stakeholders
  • Conceptualise, create and execute creative social media and communications campaigns and activities
  • Provide all relevant public and organisation communication supports in relation to the organisation services and advocacy work, including speeches, presentations, interviews, etc
  • Develop, plan and execute communication plans across all communication channels, including social media
  • Oversee and manage content for ARC website and Facebook for relevance, quality, timelines and continuous improvement
  • Create and manage content for digital platforms such as social media and website
  • Analyse trends and performance from marketing strategies to drive engagement
  • Craft external and internal communications, ensuring messaging consistency across multiple platforms and channels

2) Strategic Partner Relations

 

Lead and develop key touch points for partner engagement, including, but not limited to the following

  • Develop and lead engagement strategies with organisation key stakeholders
  • Coordinate and host visits of potential partners
  • Organise ARC Open House and related autism awareness events
  • Represent ARC in external events
  • Manage Community Projects in support of engagement strategy
  • Plan, organise and execute all outreach & public education events, activities and initiatives to increase autism awareness
  • Manage Corporate Volunteer Groups

 

3) Corporate Services

  • Ensure general enquiries are attended to by relevant programme leaders
  • Attend to requests from corporations / organisation / individual for research / collaboration
  • Lead and manage development of appropriate engagement channels including writing and production of annual reports and quarterly E-newsletters in a timely manner
  • Be part of a team to provide support for organisation wide events and campaigns and other corporate secretarial work, where required

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications/Marketing Communications or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of corporate communications, strategic partner engagement, community engagement
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strategic, creative thinker
  • Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms to drive stakeholder engagement
  • Exposure to wide spectrum of digital communications
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment with people of various management levels
  • Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges
  • Have the desire and passion to serve the special needs community
