Job Description

  • Assist in the administration, coordination and execution of all PGPP events, such as campus visits, outreach (recruitment) programmes and regular or adhoc student activities (sports and non-sports related)
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of PG student workshops and seminars for the Immersion programme and Professional Development Series; i.e. contracts and logistics matters, attendance, evaluations
  • Assist to plan, develop and facilitate student-engagement and other outreach activities or projects via internal and external collaborations
  • Assist & participate in other postgraduate academic matters, general administrative duties, adhoc PGPP events and other projects as assigned by the supervisor/ department's head


  • Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Photoshop software
  • Independent and a good team-player
  • Prior experience in events management is preferred but not mandatory
  • Resourceful and meticulous with good problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively under pressure
  • Able to work on occasional weekday evenings and weekends, and travel overseas to assist in events management, if required
