Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager in conducting Quality Improvement (QI) training for all staff, including teaching, developing curriculum and handling administrative work
  • Facilitate/Co-facilitate QI projects at various scales, ensuring that projects are carried out methodically, timely and within budget
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that goals are achieved through excellent project management and the use of suitable methodologies and tools, e.g. Lean
  • Participate in organising quality-related events such as Quality & Safety Day
  • Support the Manager in promoting QI and foster quality culture within the organisation
  • Support the Manager in setting up systems for the governance of QI projects and training

Job Requirements

  • Min. Degree in healthcare, business administration or engineering
  • At least 4 years of working experience, preferably including:
    • Experience in the healthcare industry
    • Experience in project management and/or process re-engineering using Lean or other quality improvement/innovation methodologies
  • Good communication (written & non-written) skills
  • Good analytical skills, including statistical/data analysis skills. Proficient in Excel or other statistical tools
  • Personality traits: Self-driven, good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and able to meet tight deadlines
