Job Description

We are currently expanding and looking for Senior Events & Account Manager

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creative proposals which also achieve the client’s objective in organizing the event, and meeting client’s budget
  • Provide end to end event management service from pitching, planning and executing all genre of events
  • Prioritize among multiple projects and meet respective deadlines
  • Versatile to work independently as an individual and also be a team player
  • Effectively manage on-site events to ensure optimal client satisfaction and event success
  • Provide any additional support in view of team synergy
  • Retaining existing clientele and bringing in new clientele

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent preferred
  • Competent in MS Office Suite software
  • At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in event management
  • Consistently demonstrates professionalism, knowledge, skills, initiatives and proactivity
  • Project management skills with experience handling multiple deadlines and schedules autonomously
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients and vendors
  • Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven dynamic environment
  • Pleasant deposition with positive attitude, team player and able to commit beyond normal working hours (including working during weekends)
